We will not replace or refund on ANY item that has been lost, destroyed or damaged in transit by Royal Mail (The Post Office), Parcel Force, or if overseas, Air Mail. We always keep the relevant receipts as proof of postage. All our items are well packaged in jiffy bags or cardboard boxes. The claim has to be made direct with the Post Office/Royal Mail or the relevant shipping service provider. We will of course assist you all we can with your claim.
