We usually aim at sending out orders within 2-3 working days of payment received but please accept it may take a little longer in busy/holiday periods. Please allow up to 7 working days for any handcrafted items as these are made to order. We ship worldwide but overseas customers payment must be paypal only.

We are happy to combine postage wherever possible (at our discretion)- if you wish to buy more than 1 item please wait for our combined invoice before paying so we can ensure that a discount is applied for you. We cannot combine postage on items £2.00 or less.

Postage and packaging costs are kept to a minimum, but we do ensure that we use quality packaging materials to get your goods to you in the condition they left us and this is reflected in the overall postage and packaging costs. Please remember p+p covers more than Royal Mail.

RETURNS

Should you wish to return anything you have purchased from LONDON HOUSE CO, we will happily refund or exchange a product provided it is in FULLY RESALEABLE CONDITION.
(This excludes personalised items, hair accessories, cut fabric including ribbon etc, pierced earings or any items posted overseas).
Please return the item to us within 14 days or less, in the original packaging including identifying correspondence.
If we find the item has not been returned in resaleable condition then we reserve the right not to refund.
The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, both for the receipt and return (if necessary) of any goods, as this is a direct cost to us, so we will refund the cost of the item only.
