We take great care to ensure that we describe our items as detailed as possible, as well as taking time on the packaging ready for dispatch. In the unfortunate event that you receive your item damaged by post or you are not pleased with the description of the item, please contact us as soon as possible to notify us regarding your complaint. If you are not happy with your items description please notify us and return the original undamaged item to us within 7 days of receiving the item. If the item is received by us in its original state we will refund the cost of the item along with the postage cost of the returned item. As mentioned earlier we take care in wrapping and packaging our item for dispatch, so far all our items sent have been received undamaged, however we can not be held responsible for items damaged in transit.
