I post 1st class in the majority of cases and larger items are sent by standard parcel or courier.

Once I have posted an item ****IT IS OUT OF MY HANDS**** I always obtain proof of posting which in the event of non receipt or damaged goods allows YOU to claim a refund up to £39, I will provide you with proof of postage should you need to claim. If you require insurance I am always happy to do this.  Expensive items will always be quoted with insured post.

I always try to POST THE SAME DAY payment is cleared (immediately with PayPal) and in 95% of cases I do. If, for any reason, there will be a delay in posting your item, I shall email to let you know.
