Return policy

You have the right to a seven day cooling off period which begins on the day you take delivery.
If you wish to return your item you must in the first instance let us know by email within seven days of delivery.
Due to the nature of this product, it must be returned to HotSellersDirect2u unopened in it's original condition and complete in the original packaging. You will however be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
The item must be returned by recorded delivery within seven days of notifying us by email.
Once the item has been inspected for damages etc, providing that it is unopened, in its original condition HotSellersDirect2u
will refund you within 30 days of receipt of returned item minus original delivery charges and a 10% restocking fee.
