LOVELY DEEP COBALT BLUE
EARLY MILK OF MAGNESIA BOTTLE

Stands 5" high, has a good pontil scar on the base, which has what looks like "4 A" embossed on it, plus another mark I cannot make out.

The embossing on the front is quite worn, but still legible.

In great condition, no chips or cracks, but for accuracy, has one tiny pin-prick bubble burst on one side.  Would benefit from good professional clean.
