Pro-GF is a proprietary cocktail of creatine and other amino acids, lactate buffers, glucose and vitamins. As part of a sound exercise and dietary protocol, Pro-GF could push recuperative abilities to a new level and dynamically assist in the development of leaner, fuller muscle tissue.

Contains:
Glucose - Glucose elevates the blood sugar levels very quickly, which causes the pancreas to release the hormone insulin. Insulin's function is to regulate blood sugar levels by removing the sugar and Pro GF's specific amino acids, these are taken out of the blood (with the sugar) and are delivered to the muscles where they are required.

Blend of Amino Acids (Peptide bonded Glutamine, L-Glycine, L-Leucine, L-Taurine, N-Acetyl-Cysteine, Arginine Ketoglutarate)

Peptide Bonded Glutamine
An amino acid that promotes a healthy gut, increases growth hormone and is the highest amino acid found in human muscle (It would be very hard to get enough glutamine in the system from food alone).

Amino acids are absorbed by molecular weight and peptide bonded amino acids are heavier than free form.

L-Glycine (Non Essential Amino Acid) - Required in the absorption of Calcium and helps in the absorption of Creatine.

L-Leucine (Essential Amino Acid) - Helps regulate blood sugar levels and the growth and repair of muscle tissue. It is also helpful with hormone production, healing and helps prevent muscle breakdown after trauma or severe stress (excessive exercise).

L-Taurine (Non Essential Amino Acid) - A key ingredient of bile needed for fat digestion, the absorption of fat-soluble Vitamins and helps the body use potassium, calcium and sodium properly.

N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) - Is a potent anti-oxidant and is derived from the amino acid L-Cysteine (Non Essential Amino Acid). It plays an important role in the production of Glutathione ("Glue-toe-thigh-own") (a small protein), which is the bodies primary anti-oxidant which neutralises free radicals and enhances the immune system as is important in the manufacture of muscle growth.

Arginine Ketoglutarate ("Are-gin-een","Key-toe-glue-ta-rate") - Will stimulate the production of Nitric Oxide (NO), which regulates blood flow, muscle contraction and helps the body build muscle. Arginine (Non Essential Amino Acid) on it's own will still produce NO but no where near as good as when it is combined with Keytoglutarate (extended release delivery system). Your muscle will feel fuller and tighter.

Creatine Monohydrate - Attracts water from various parts of the body and is transported into the muscle cell. This hydrates the muscle making it stronger and increases ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) storage, allowing the muscle to contract more efficiently (faster and longer).
