CLYDE F.C PHOTO ALBUM (1950 & 1960's +)

Nostalgic Football Album FULL of pictures of CLYDE Football Club predominantly from the classic footballing era of the 1950's & 1960's but also includes a Team print of the Clyde Scottish Cup Finalists from 1949.  

There are 36 photo-reprints in total in this Album and is a great opportunity to own a real piece of footballing history and nostalga.( The prints are all contained loosely in plastic wallets in the Album and can be removed individually if so required.)

This not-to-be-missed Album includes individual photos and action shots ranging from 1949-1968 and EIGHT team prints from seasons :-   1949 (Scottish Cup Finalists),  1951 (Glasgow Cup Winners),  1951-52 (Scottish Division 2 Champions),  1954-55 (Scottish Cup Winners),  1958 (Scottish Cup Winners),  1960,  1962-63  and 1968 (Colour),  including all the CLYDE stars of this period. 

Individual prints include :- ALF ACKERMAN,   WILLIE MILLER,   BILLY McPHAIL,   DAVIE LAING,   HARRY HADDOCK x 2 different (BOTH COLOUR),   TOMMY RING,   NORRIE INNES,   JOHNNY COYLE,   GEORGE HERD,   JOE WALTERS (COLOUR),   JOHN COLRAIN,   HARRY GLASGOW,   and  IAN STEWART (COLOUR).    

Action prints include :-   1.  Milligan and Gullan v Rangers in the 1949 Scottish Cup Final.    2.   Wilson, Anderson and Campbell v Rangers in 1954.   3.   'Keeper Ken Hawkins gathering a cross during the 1955 Scottish Cup Final v Celtic.   4.   Keogh scoring v East Fife in 1958.   5.   'Keeper Tommy McCulloch and defender Albert Murphy in the 1958 Scottish Cup Final.   6.   Currie v Hibs in the 1958 Scottish Cup Final.   7.   Tommy McCulloch saving from Hibs' Willie Ormond in the 1958 Scottish Cup Final.   8.   Johnny Coyle scoring the goal v Hibs that brought the Scottish Cup to Clyde in 1958.   9.   Aberdeen's Caldwell tackling Clyde's Currie in 1958 (Colour).   10.   Tommy McCulloch saving from St.Mirren's Joe Baker in 1961.   11.   Archie Robertson v Ayr United in 1961.    12.   1967 Scottish Cup Semi-final Action v Celtic.   13.   Sam Hastings scoring a penalty v Southend United in a pre-season friendly in 1968.

There is also a print showing skipper Tommy Anderson receiving the Scottish Cup in 1955. 

This really is a wonderful chance to explore(or re-live) this fascinating period of  CLYDE FOOTBALL CLUB and is a must for an avid fan or follower of classic footballing history. The Album would also make a nice gift.
