Any returns should be requested by telephone (01284 750729) WITHIN 7 days of receipt and returned with 14 days. We will not accept returns or give refunds where buyers have bought the wrong part for their vehicle. Nor will we refund if buyer DOES NOT notify us of problems within 7 days and return within 14 days.

Parts incorrectly listed by ourselves will be exchanged in the first instance where possible and failing that a refund will be issued. However buyers full vehicle details will be required and application details will be checked with the parts catalogues, if part is found to be correctly listed copy documentation will be sent to buyer and no refund will be applicable. Warranty items will be refunded if a replacement item is not avail' only if we are notified and part returned to us within 14 days.

 All other returns will be subject to a 10% handling charge and postage back to us will be the buyers responsibility. In these cases we will refund purchase price only and we reserve the right not to refund carriage charges.
