I have tried pretty much every sling on the market over the years and this has to be one of the best for the first few months!

I LOVED it - so easy to use and so comfortable for your baby.

I loved the way it's easy to put the baby in a secure cradle position - and equally easy to put them upright in an ergonomic position from a young age

Forget all the strings and buckles and faffing around with long pieces of material! This works the same as a wrap sling but has the same adjustability as a ring sling

I do accept returns if you are not happy or if something doesn't fit or if you change your mind. I will ALWAYS sort problems IF YOU TELL ME and will ensure that you are never ever out of pocket or are compensated for something due to my mistake or error of judgement. But PLEASE CONTACT ME by email and not the feedback system!I am just fed up of being ripped off by sellers and don't want my buyers to suffer this from me.
I am human (despite what some people think!) and so do occasionally make mistakes and can't blame this on anyone else as it's just me who does this ebay thing. I try not to make mistakes but this being human thing sometimes affects me so please try and let me sort any problems amicably if you are one of these human things too!
I am responsible for ensuring that your item reaches you safely and so please let me know if there are any problems. But please also be aware that mail can often be slow and as my feedback shows I do send promptly. Once again - please do not take advantage of me because I don't enjoy all the paperwork Royal Snail makes me do and redo and redo because they lose that too!

The brand new designer clothes I sell are mainly past seasons. They may have been stored for a while and so some may be musty or have crushed packaging etc. I try and note any 'defects' I notice.
This is the reason they are so cheap - they are not seconds and certainly not fakes and I am happy to answer any questions re condition etc before bidding

Shipping Costs

Delivery

Due to so many items not arriving to Italy please contact me to arrange to pay the £4.5 signed for delivery charge (£2 more for items over £39) if not included. Otherwise I am sorry but I can't send

I try not to rip you off on p&p charges and if you want to combine smaller items to around £100 value in the same parcel I charge £9.99 for courier delivery for it all to mainland UK addresses.No mainland UK via courier is around the £15 mark.

If you purchase a pushchair or something else which is large then I will send anything else you buy/win for no postage cost if it fits in the same parcel.

My P&P charge includes packaging costs and sweat and toil (no blood)

I set my BINs to immediate payment but if you buy several things and want them sent at the same time then of course I will refund any overpayment due to this!

Any courier costs quoted (if applicable) are for UK mainland only. Second courier option is for Highlands and Islands

If you live in the UK but not mainland or live in the Highlands then please select the second UK courier option to avoid me having to refund you and re-invoice

Insurance

We (again, it's just me trying to sound posh and business-like!) send via an insured method. Please remember that recorded delivery is NOT insurance but special delivery is.

Recorded delivery can not be tracked so if you would like tracking please contact me to arrange any extra payment towards special delivery or courier delivery

If you live outside the UK and want insurance (if not included) then contact me to pay the extra afterwards. This is approx £4.5-£6 depending on value and will give you more security too with signed for delivery.

Please remember when doing my feedback twinkle-stars that dispatch time is NOT the time it takes to reach you, but whether I manage to send within the 2-3 days I quote for dispatch. Once I have sent the time it takes depends on the courier or mail system selected. I have no control over their speed as my whip doesnt reach that far

I try and send as quickly as possible but as a busy mum of 9 (6 boys and 3 girls)-and I run several businesses from home, occasionally there are minor delays.

As you can see from my feedback I am pretty quick at sending - but some weeks I may not be as quick due to family pressures and life. Thankyou for your understanding

I take a lot of care with what I sell and how I send it. I get very upset when buyers are not happy. My husband says I am silly and shouldn't take it personally - but I do. If for any reason you are not happy with my description of your item please contact me first and let's try and sort it.
