In order to claim the RMA, the buyer must report to us (clear descript in e-mail
and with photo is the best) within required Days indicated below. If it is over
the period, the RMA request will be denied:
REFUND: Defective products
must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of receiving the item and
returned within the next 14 days after reported;
EXCHANGE: Defective
products must be returned within 1 year from the date of receiving the item and
returned within the next 14 days after reported.

If returned item are accepted to exchange, replacement must be same item only,
if sold out, we will offer you store credit.

If no fault is found the item will be held until payment is received for the
cost of return shipping.
