2. Shipping and Handling Fee:  is not negotiable. We use the handling charge to cover our shipping department cost, packaging materials, fuel charges, boxes, and labels. 3. Shipping Service: Regularly items will be shipped by registered Air Mail which provided a posting reference number for enquiries via local post office. Signature is required during delivery.

 Shipping Information

1. Local Buyer: Items listed here is for Overseas Buyers (include Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) only, No local pickup for auction customers and No third party shipping carrier will be used. Buyers from LOCAL will be additional charged 30% domestic Sales Tax plus service.

2. International Shipment: will be shipped via post office Air mail or DHL Express. Normally, standard shipping using air mail will take 5-14 business days to arrive,  actual transit time might fluctuate. 1. All items listed is genuine, brand new and in good condition. We shipped from the source directly, all sales are final.

2. We guarantee Refund within 7 days and Exchange within 1 year (only for defective item without physical damage and meet the requirement listed below).

3. In order to claim the RMA, the buyer must report to us (clear descript in e-mail and with photo is the best) within required Days indicated below. If it is over the period, the RMA request will be denied:
REFUND: Defective products must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of receiving the item and returned within the next 14 days after reported;
EXCHANGE: Defective products must be returned within 1 year from the date of receiving the item and returned within the next 14 days after reported.

4. Warranty avoid if:

a)Returns without original package, invoice and/or warranty Seal broken;

b)Has distinct blot, scar, damage or incomplete accessories;

c)Fault from rough usage or against installation regulations

d)Environment can not meet the requirement of usage.

5. It is up to the Customer to Pay Freight on Returns;

7. If returned item are accepted to exchange, replacement must be same item only, if sold out, we will offer you store credit.

8. If no fault is found the item will be held until payment is received for the cost of return shipping.

9. Returns which meet the warranty requirement of exchange, buyer will get the replacement for free charge (include the freight to you).
