The items - All the items we sell are fully described by size of item or listed as full size, handbag sized or GWP (gift with purchase). We buy mostly GWP items at wholesale discounts which are overstocks of department store beauty counters. We are able to buy these items in bulk at discount price and pass these discounts directly onto you. GWP items are usually smaller items you receive either free or discounted when you make a purchase from a beauty counter and full size items that are packaged differently than the full priced items on sale. We buy the surplace stock once these promotions are finished. Items described as Handbag Sized are just that – smaller versions of full sized items designed for convenience, not free samples.

Returns - for health and hygeine reasons we don’t accept returns unless an item is damaged or doesn’t match the description of the item

Payment – We only accept Paypal (prefered) or postal orders in payment for your item. Please ensure that payment is made within 5 days of the auction ending. Whichever method you use your item will be posted within 1 working day of payment being received. All non paying bidders will be reported to Ebay and left the appropriate feedback. International bidders/buyers MUST pay by Paypal.

Postage & Packing Costs – Please check the P&P costs before bidding. These also cover the cost of items we use to ensure your item is received in tip top condition as well as the cost of the postage. We do give a discount for multiple purchases made on the same day. If making multiple purchases please wait for us to invoice you before paying in order to receive your discount. If we have stated an item as FREE POSTAGE this will be UK 2nd class and only applies to UK bidders.
