Return policy
All products sold by Grey Mobiles Ltd are protected by a one year guarantee which covers manufacturers faults and defects. 28 days of the guarantee is covered by us and the remaining term will be covered by the manufacturer. Returns must be packaged securely and must include all order details including user ID, item number and reason for return. Unwanted items must be returned in unopened and brand new condition as received by the buyer with all packaging and parts included. We must be notified within seven working days after the day the order is received for any cancellations to take place. The buyer is responsible for all return costs and we recommend using recorded delivery for all returns. Unwanted returns with no mistake on our part will will be refunded (subject to terms) minus a small charge to cover our costs. It can take up to 5 working days to process returns. Refunds will only be applied in the same method in which you paid, for example if you paid by PayPal you will be refunded by PayPal.
