PURCHASE

When purchasing items from more than one listing, please request total invoice before payment to benefit from combined P&P discount.

 

PAYMENT

Paypal payments are accepted, preferably from verified buyers with confirmed address details.

DISPATCH

We aim to post items within 2 working days of cleared payment.  We usually post next day Monday - Friday to addresses provide by Paypal.  We request that buyers allow 7 working days after dispatch for items to arrive before contacting us.

 

FEEDBACK

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  We would appreciate the chance to resolve any problems or queries before buyers leave feedback.

 

RETURNS

To obtain refund, buyers are requested to make contact first then return items as per the Return Policy section of our eBay listings - unopened and in original packaging (where applicable).  In the unlikely event that there is a fault with an item, buyers are requested to make contact immediately providing full details.  Proof of postage should be obtained for all returns. Buyers are responsible for paying the original P&P cost plus return P&P unless items are found to be faulty.
