It is the buyer's responsibility to read the entire auction before bidding.

By bidding on any of our auctions (or buying one of our shop items), you are entering a legally binding contract and as such, you are expected to follow our payment instructions – our current instructions are sent to you, together with our invoice, at the end of an Auction or when purchasing a shop item.

You are bidding to buy and therefore pay for the item/s.

Please note: We support eBay's non-paying bidder policy. Please do not bid if you do not intend to follow through and buy. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay which can result in the suspension of your account.

Item:

Items are described as fully and accurately as possible so you know the condition of what you are buying within reason. Please use your judgment with photos provided. We sell many kinds of items and realise that it can be difficult to accurately judge an item from a picture on a monitor, so if you are unsure about anything please ask any questions before you bid.  Please Note: that our office is normally open Monday to Friday so although we will endeavour to answer questions posted during the weekend/public holidays, we can not guarantee a response at these times.

Shipping:

All Shipping originates from United Kingdom, and all goods offered on eBay are always stock items. Multiple lots can be posted together to save on costs. We ship Monday to Friday, usually within 24 hours of receipt of a cleared payment - orders received/paid for on a Thursday (PM), Friday & over the weekend/public holiday will usually be shipped the next available working day. All items are very carefully and professionally packed and shipped UK & Worldwide using UK Royal Mail, Parcel Force or other reliable Courier services and must be paid in full (& payment cleared) prior to dispatch or fulfilling any obligations.

Goods will only be shipped to a PayPal or eBay confirmed address.

International Shipping:

Items being shipped to an overseas address are posted Airmail as Surface or Ground mail can take between 7/8 weeks to arrive and has a greater chance of getting lost/damaged. The shipping cost quoted in our listing is for delivery to UK addresses only, for all other destinations please always request a shipping cost from us before bidding/paying.

Please note that the price we quote for shipping to destinations outside the UK includes the postage & packing cost only.  Any local tax or customs duties remain the responsibility of the buyer.

All shipping to destinations outside the UK is at the risk of the buyer.

Collection:

Our warehouse is not open to the public; we therefore regret that personal collection of items is not possible.

Payment:

Payment should always be made within 5 days from the end of the auction (or purchase) - failure to pay will result in a report being made to eBay, negative feedback being filed & the item relisted.  If there is a genuine reason for payment being delayed please contact us as soon as possible (and within the 5 day timescale) and we will be happy to co-operate wherever possible.

For all bidders/buyers we accept payment by PayPal, Cheque, Postal/Money Orders, Bankers Draft. 

If paying by Cheque, Postal/Money Order please note that this should be in UK £'s only.  Overseas bidders & buyers should note that we do not accept Foreign Currency Cheques

When sending payment via post, please remember to also include your delivery details, e.g. Your Name, Address and Item Number & Description. 

Where payment is made by cheque, postal order etc, we reserve the right to not ship the items until payment has been cleared.

Auction Policy:

Your bid is a binding contract so please place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. By bidding (or opting for the "Buy It Now" function) you are confirming that you have read these notes and agree to follow the guidelines contained. 

Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement (other than for delay in the payment of money due and payable hereunder) to the extent said failures or delays are due to causes beyond that party's reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence, including, but not limited to, industrial action, customs delays, wars or natural disasters, the occurrence and effect of which is unavoidable.
