Furniture requirements became associated with status and demand for top quality leather, very expensive compared to other soft furnishings, became the benchmark for seating in luxuriousresidences of the expanding nouveau riche. Our vintage leather chairs and settees are expertly crafted to replicate the antique look with incredibly realistic distressing in the areas that would have received most natural wear over the years. Manufactured with top quality hardwood frame, eight-way hand tied springs and a clever combination of foam, fibre and duckdown fillings give that desireable lived-in look. We ensure all our furniture to be free from defects, however due to the nature of solid wood, natural defects may occur i.e. Small cracks and split’s (very rarely).
