Proof of Posting

We obtain Proof of Posting for each item we send with Royal Mail and we always send you a short message to let you know that the item as been posted to give you a rough idea of when its going to arrive.

Lost In Post

If an item seems to be taking a long time to arrive and you think it as been lost in the post please inform us asap, if an item as been lost in the post we will put a claim in to Royal Mail on your behalf, but we cannot put a claim until 30 days have passed starting from the posting date. If the claim is successful we will refund you the full amount paid for the item and postage.

Lost items are a rare event, we have not had one item go missing yet in nearly 2 years, and have not had any items damaged on arrival to any of our buyers

Damaged Items

We spend a lot of time making sure a item is well packed  to avoid damage while in transit, but if you do receive a damaged item please inform us and we will deal with this on your behalf with Royal Mail.

Postage Address

Postage address used for delivery will be the address that is confirmed/unconfirmed on the buyers paypal account unless otherwise notified beforehand.

RETURNS POLICY.

We try our best to describe items that we are selling on eBay, however if when you receive a item and you are not happy for some reason please get in touch and we will try our best to resolve the problem, we will refund on return of a unwanted item for whatever reason, but the refund will only be for the price of the item not the postage paid.

ITEM LOST OR DAMAGED IN POST.
