About Minis
Minis are smaller bottles, from 0.05 oz to 0.15 oz (5ml-15ml), easy to carry in a purse or shaving kit. Use them for travel, at work, or as an inexpensive way of testing a fragrance for an extended period.
Payments
Payment required within 7 days please. We accept PayPal and postal orders. If paying by postal order, please write your eBay ID and the item number on the back. PayPal E-CHEQUES are accepted but please be aware that this form of payment takes considerably longer to clear through the PayPal system and goods will not be released until funds have cleared.
Postage
All goods dispatched within 1-2 working days of cleared payment. Every item is carefully packaged to ensure safe shipment to you. We obtain Proof of Postage for all items sent. In the event of non-delivery, we must allow Royal Mail 15 working days after the expected delivery date before a claim for loss can be made (25 days for International claims and 10 days for Special Delivery claims).
We will be pleased to offer combined postage on multiple purchases.
Returns
A full refund, will be given providing goods are posted back within 14 days of receipt, as new, in original undamaged packaging, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. All returns must be in a new unused condition. Multiple purchase postage discounts will be adjusted when calculating refunds.
