We will only ever dispatch to the address shown on your paypal payment. If you wish to have your goods sent to a separate address you MUST change your dispatch address when going through the eBay checkout process, separate messages or notes are not acceptable.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER:  Just Email us within 7 days of purchase if you wish to cancel your order

RETURNS

If you wish to exchange an Unworn/used item for a different size etc, please email us first to confirm that we have the item you want in stock.  You may exchange an item up to 14 days after purchase.  We do not refund postage but may not charge it on UK exchanges either.

DVDs must be returned with wrapper seals intact.
Auction items may only be exchanged or returned if faulty, or by prior agreement with ourselves.

All ‘Buy It Now’ items may be returned for a refund within 14 days, providing that we are informed of your intention to return the item (in writing e.g. Email) within 7 days.  We do not refund on postage costs unless the goods are being returned as faulty.  Any faulty items may be returned for exchange or refund as per your normal statutory rights.
