All orders can be returned up to 7 days after the shipment date (New Items Only). Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We will refund purchase price less postage & a fee of 20% to cover costs. All shipping costs are at the customers expense.

Please contact for a GRN (Goods Return Number) before returning goods, this must be attached to any goods returned with covering letter showing date purchased, payment method & Ebay id. Failure to do this will result in delay in refund.

Terms & Conditions

1 All items that have to be returned to us due to failure to deliver will be subject to a re postal charge. If for any reason you do not want the item re sent then a refund will be issued less any costs incurred by us.

If no fault is found & item is working properly then customer has to pay for re postal charges.

3. If a faulty item is returned for Refund we will issue a refund less the postage cost. (New Items Only)

4. All postage and packaging costs are customer's responsibility.

7. We will assist to the best of our ability with any warranty claims that you may have if you have difficulty with Manufacturer. Any costs incurred will be at customers expense.
