Warranty:

We offER A 90 day warranty.  Should the equipment you purchase have any working defects during the warranty period we will replace the unit.  If the same product is not available we will offer an equivalent or a refund.

Payment:

PayPal payments must have a confirmed address. We will only ship to your confirmed PayPal address

Canadian customers please add 5% GST to winning bid Ontario customers please add 13% to winning bid.

Payment is due within 7 days after close of the auction.

Shipping:

We ship FedEx ground within Canada and the US and Express worldwide.  Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.  You can calculate your own shipping estimate using the FedEx online rate calculator at www.fedex.com. We are shipping from Postal Code L3R 2V2. You may have to estimate size and weight of the item if you are not that familiar with the product you are bidding on.

All items are professionally packed using packing materials that will protect the equipment from getting damaged.

If you are the winning bidder and you live locally, you are welcome to stop in to pick up your item. We are available for local pick-up Monday-Friday from 10:00am - 6:00pm.  Contact us for the address.
