The Tempest is a high quality exercise bike from Cintura Sports which is robust, well built and has a great spec. It carries an advanced training computer with 21 preset programmes and adjusts your training level to your heart rate.

WARRANTY

This product comes with a 12 month RTB warranty. If it develops a fault within this period you simply need to return it to us and we will repair or replace it for you.

In many cases it may be quicker and easier for you if we simply send you replacement parts, and if you would prefer this we are very happy to do so.

If you would like to return something, please note that all packages must be booked into our warehouse before we receive them, so please contact our customer service department to obtain a return reference and details of where to send it to.

PAYMENT DETAILS

All our prices include VAT and there are no hidden extras. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal – it is quicker and more secure and we will not charge extra for using it. We are also happy to accept cheques, postal orders, bankers drafts, and credit cards. Please note that we will wait for cheques to clear before despatching your item.

Please note that if payment is made by credit card, for your security we are only able to ship to the card billing address.

RETURNS

We are extremely confident that you will be happy
with your purchase, but if you change your mind you
are welcome to return any item to us within seven
days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its
original packaging and in fully resaleable ‘as new’
condition.

Please note that returns must be booked into our
warehouse before receipt, so please contact our
customer service team for a return reference and
details of where to send it to. Returns must be sent
using a trackable delivery method and we strongly
recommend getting delivery insurance.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Orders received before 9.00 Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Our standard courier service offers next working day delivery to mainland England and Wales and most of Scotland. Deliveries to other areas (inc. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight or any island) will incur a surcharge (see map for details). Please note that deliveries to these areas and to some parts of Scotland may take a little longer to reach you. If you live in one of these areas, please contact us on 01273 222911 as surcharges vary and we can sometimes make savings for you.

We will always despatch on time, but actual delivery is not within our control. We use very reliable couriers who quote a 99.6% success rate for delivering on time - we will supply you with their contact details and a tracking number so if there is a problem with a delivery you can sort it out quickly and easily.

We regret that we are not able to deliver to Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or to BFPO addresses.
