Payment Policy

We accept PayPal only. Buyer please pay the payment within 3 days after auction ended. The amount charge will be the total sum of the merchandise plus the S&H charges.

Shipping & Handling

We will ship the merchandise within 48 hours after payment is received. Merchandise will shipped via Regular Airmail  (No Tracking Number) by Hong Kong Post, we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipment. For safety, we recommended Registered Airmail plus £0.99 tracking number will be provided.  If the item lose or damaged, we will offered refund / repost to buyer who has used Registered Mail.  Item will not ship to ITALY.  We are not responsible for transit time. Transit time may vary particularly during peak periods. We estimate delivery to major cities usually take around 7-14 business days, for other cities maybe will take longer.  Buyer will be responsible for the applicable import duty / tax, if any.

Return Policy

Buyer may request exchange / refund within 7 days of item received. Shipping & handling are not refundable. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. We usually take up to 10 days to process the return / refund case after we have received the returned item.
