This item is a complete set of 48 'k' size (smaller than standard) Original Photographic Trade Cards issued by Bridgewater (Biscuits) in 1937 on the subject of Film Stars 5th Series. This is one of the more expensive Bridgewater sets and has a high Catalogue Value. Some of the Film Stars included are as follows:- Norma Shearer, Cary Grant, Jessie Matthews, Greta Garbo, Shirley Temple, Robert Taylor, Ginger Rogers, Fred Astaire, Jean Harlow, Robert Donat, Heather Angel, Charles Boyer, Clark Gable, Joan Crawford, Gary Cooper, Spencer Tracy, Lionel Barrymore, Merle Oberon, Henry Fonda, Nelson Eddy, Mae West, Bette Davies, George Formby and many others. The backs are plain.
