All items over £39 should be sent SPECIAL DELIVERY as ROYAL MAIL will only pay £39 MAX compensation on recorded delivery compensation.But i appreciate this can be costly and will not make this compulsary,BUT please remember if an item goes missing and you did NOT take the appropriate postage service it is im afraid your responsibility.I will give all the postage options in the auction and still offer great COMBINED POSTAGE DISCOUNTS.Remember if you have recorded delivery i can send several items in one parcel and charge the minimum postage cost :)All recorded/special delivery services are charged at COST i don't make money on these!!

Any parcels that go astray i am not responsible for !I always get proof of postage and will  try my upmost to get a claim sorted for you!DUE TO INCREASING NUMBERS  OF 'MISSING UNSIGNED FOR PARCELS' i am going to have to  ask that all  items over £10 be sent RECORDED DELIVERY,For peace of mind for myself and the buyer, as i can check if an item has been signed for and you can check online what's happening with your parcel.

I do Not GIVE REFUNDS on pre owned items just because  the item is not suitable by fit or colour etc .I give as many measurements and as full a description as possible so please read before bidding or ask for further info am always happy to help...i will give refunds only if the item is not as described or faulty.New items i will give a refund minus postage costs if the item is returned within 7 days and in the same condition as it was recieved.

I do not charge extra for i charge a VERY small handling fee for wrapping MATERIALS /packing/ handling which is included in the postage price quoted! And on multiple auction wins i will only ever charge ,ONE handling fee.Each additional  item will be weighed to save you as much money as possible on combined shipping!OVERCHARGING ON POSTAGE IS NOT MY THING ...I DETEST IT!!!

I ACCEPT  for soonest possible dispatch  I WILL ACCEPT CHEQUES but WILL  HAVE TO WAIT FOR CLEARANCE B4 POSTING YOUR GOODIES I'M AFRAID.!!Will also accept uk uncrossed postal orders.
