Shipping Policy:

Charges: The charge you pay is the cost of shipping PLUS the cost of wrapping materials and packing materials, we do endeavour to use recycled packing material i.e. shredded paper both to cut costs and provide an environmentally friendly service wherever possible. There is also a small surcharge for labour included in the shipping charge. We do not believe in inflating postage charges other than to recoup our own costs.

Timescale: We usually post items either the same day or next working day after completion/clearing of payment, any delays that we are aware of will be posted on our shop homepage, you are advised to look there before purchasing.

Lost parcels: Any parcel we send out is tracked by the courier, if the parcel does not arrive we will then claim against the courier on your behalf, this can take upto 3 weeks to complete, due to high levels of fraudulent claims we will ship a replacement when the courier confirms the parcel is lost.

Shipping Surcharges: Parcelforce/Other courier shipping to the following postcodes attract a surcharge, this is applied by the couriers themselves and we have no control over.
For the following postcodes add £6.00 per consignment: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
For the following postcodes add £12.00 per consignment: BT, IM, TR21-25.
For the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands the minimum carriage is currently £22.50

Please note that we reserve the right to change the shipping method of your order to an equivalent or faster service at our own discretion

If you reside in the Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland, there may be a shipping surcharge for all shipping services except Royal Mail. The Shipping Surcharge is applicable as stated, for the following Post Codes:
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - £6 applicable for Parcelforce Service Only (No Surcharge for Royal Mail Service).
Post Codes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

Items purchased are expected to be paid for within 5 days, if you cannot complete the transaction within this time period please let us know of any delay. Unpaid items will be subject to the standard eBay process for us to reclaim our fee's associated with the sale.
