INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: we will combine shipping for multiple bids. Shipping will be done by First-Class International or Priority Rate International. VG+ Jacket Cover : has light age, edge, ring wear,
VG+ VINYL VISUAL: = played often with moderate surface wear and MAY HAVE very light background noise - should still play nice.
VG Jacket Cover has age, edge, ring wear.
VG VINYL VISUAL: VG = has overall light surface scratches, may have background noise, should play through with no skips.
Please review all the grading. We stand behind and guarantee all the items we sale and we will come to a mutual solution if there is a problem.
We clean each record before it gets shipped, it is removed from the jacket to avoid damage, and shipped with an inner sleeve and cardboard filler for support and all are placed in a plastic sleeve. Records are carefully packed in a professional record mailer and we rarely have an issue with breakage.

If you have multiple addresses between ebay, paypal or other,
Please email us or be very specific about which shipping address is to be used. Also, specify if you have included insurance, and your choice of USPS shipping; i.e. parcel, priority, etc.
If you are using our FedEx shipper, you must include a contact phone number for the shipper. (FedEX available for heavier items only)
if you are paying by money order, check, through snail mail, please notify us and let us know when payment is sent. Be sure to include item number, description or other identifying information. Please include a legible shipping address.
Buyers: by doing these simple steps, we can expedite your package and prevent unnecessary delays trying to verify required information.
If you are having trouble using the checkout system for any reason you may pay us through PAYPAL direct or send us your credit card info and we will process your payment through our physical store.

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver your package personally. Packages may/may not be insured, is optional for all items; All of our items are packaged securely and should arrive at their destination without incident. However, we strongly urge you to take the insurance option.
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact us, and we will either come to a mutual solution or we will give you authorization for a RETURN/CREDIT/PARTIAL CREDIT/REFUND.
Any refund or problem is handled on an individual basis.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING/HANDLING/INSURANCE IN EITHER DIRECTION. These are services of the postal service. Insurance protection is your responsibility!
If possible items should be returned in original packaging. By doing so, we can eliminate extra charges from the post office. |

USA INSURANCE: we prefer that you use the insurance option to protect your item(s). we will pack all pieces securely with bubble wrap etc to insure safety, however, we are not able to deliver them to you personally. We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage incurred in the shipping of your item through any shipper.
INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE: under the new postal system Priority Rate International includes indemnity insurance on your package according to the weight. Additional insurance should be added to make sure your item is fully insured. Every country may not have an insurance option, please be sure to check with us AFTER you have won your item.
