POSTAGE COSTS We try to be as fair as possible with postage prices. All our prices are worked out at Royal Mail first class postage cost + 50p (max) packaging costs. For multiple purchases we always ask that you wait for us to send you a revised invoice, then we can issue you with the appropriate discounts. First class postage costs can be found at royalmail.com. Any concerns you may have over postage costs please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
DELIVERY All our orders are sent using Royal Mail first class post. Any orders over £15 are automatically sent recorded post for added peace of mind! For heavier items we use a courier, a tracking number will be sent to you if applicable. For these services a signature will be required so if you could make sure someone will be available for the delivery that would be great! If you require items urgently we can send using Royal Mail special delivery, but please email us first for a quote. We always send orders within our 2 day handling time then its down to the good old post office to deliver within their 1-2 days for first class. If there are any problems with your order you will be notified within 24 hours and kept up to date.
OVERSEAS BUYERS We welcome orders from overseas and love to see you all on our map of the world! For multiple overseas orders please email for a postage quote. Airmail to Europe usually takes 3-5 days and Rest of the World is up to 10 days. These times are a guide only and obviously depends on our good old post office. We cannot guarantee postal delivery times, but orders always leave us within 2 days!
MUNCHKINS NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE If, on receipt of your order, you are unhappy for any reason please contact us and we will replace the item or issue a full refund once item is returned. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt of your order so we can sort this out for you. For damaged or faulty items we will re-imburse postage. If the item is returned through buyers choice then the buyer will pay return postage.

All payments must be made within 7 days of the end of auction. We prefer paypal but also accept cheques or postal orders. For cheque payments we will allow for cheque clearance before item is sent.
We aim to send items within 2 days of ordering. Items ordered after 12pm on a Friday will be sent, along with weekend orders, on a Monday morning. We always use royal mail first class, which is usually delivered next day!! but depends on the good old post office (unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries). For heavier items we use parcel force or courier, which takes 2-3 days. IF ITEMS ARE NEEDED URGENTLY PLEASE EMAIL FIRST BEFORE ORDERING, SO WE CAN CONFIRM ITEMS CAN GET TO YOU ON TIME!! Out of stock items will be notified within 24 hours on weekdays and on a Monday for weekend orders with alternatives or expected delivery dates.
We have a 'NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE' so items can be exchanged or refunded as long as they are returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days. But please note all food items are non-returnable.
I have been making cakes for over 20 years but have now decided to share my experience to help others make their own creations. I have opened the Ebay shop selling cake accessories and decorations, so customers can create that special cake for their celebration. I have now been joined by my daughter (who also has a passion for cake decorating!) and we hope to eventually stock everything you need to make the perfect cake.
