Terms of postage, packaging, delivery & feedback

·         I aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days of cleared payment being received. Personalised items will take longer. Please allow up to 10 days for these to be dispatched as they are all individually hand crafted.

·         Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase otherwise a non paying bidder alert will be filed with eBay.

·         I DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT BY PERSONAL CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS

·         All items are posted 2^nd class post via Royal Mail and normally arrive with my customers within 1-2 days of dispatch

·         I will not be held responsible for items lost by Royal Mail or for any delays in delivery due to the service offered by Royal Mail

·         P+P fee covers postage, packaging and a sellers handling fee

·         I always combine p+p when more than one item is purchased giving as much discount as possible

·         To benefit from combined p+p buyers must wait for a combined invoice and pay for the items together in one transaction as items paid for separately are dispatched separately and are therefore not eligible for P+P discount

·         Within the UK – payment is accepted by PayPal or uncrossed postal order

·         Outside the UK – payment is accepted by PayPal only. All items will be sent airmail and buyers should allow up to 14 days for delivery.

·         I always leave feedback for good customers. I may not leave feedback immediately but there is no need to email me to remind me.

·         IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OR WITH P+P AMOUNTS – THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID ON MY ITEMS

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event that an item you receive is faulty then you are entitled to return it to me within 7 days. Buyers must contact me first regarding returning an item. Returns must be received in the same condition and packaging as they were prior to dispatch. Buyers must include a note with the returned goods detailing their name, address and eBay user name. Costs related to returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Once returns are received by me, then a replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate.
