Well
what's not? You get a whopping 8” wide positional shower rose head
boasting rubberised 'easy-clean' nozzles and a wonderful Cleopatra
style bath spout. This sunken stunner will drench you in showering
satisfaction, guaranteeing a relaxing and indulgent experience!

You
can operate the rose or the bath spout independently, giving you the
utmost convenience and ultimate pleasure.
What
you'll need...
70mm
clearance behind the shower is required to recess the valve. Each
fixing has 19mm of threaded bolt attached to the rear, be aware of
this as you design your showering area. The adhering tip here is to
drill a hole wide enough into your plasterboard or stud walling to
secure the component directly to the back of the tile. This shower
does demand your water and even if you do have good pressure you may
require a pump to appreciate the full benefit of this stunning
beauty! The manufacturer recommends a minimum
of 2.5 bar water pressure.

There
is an awful lot to read here, please accept our apologies if you do
lose the will to live half way through, we have tried to cover all
eventualities and the following text is a accumulative result of
previous customer questions.
When
to expect your item
Deliveries
are made to most areas on a daily basis (Monday
to Friday; 8:00am – 5:30pm)
someone
must be available to sign for your goodies.
The standard delivery is FREE
of charge, although this does vary depending on your postcode.
Carriage surcharges DO
apply to certain areas, to avoid any confusion you MUST
check the postcode exceptions list BEFORE
you commit to bidding/buying, don't forget you are entering into a
binding agreement with us when you click the ‘confirm bid’
button.

postcode prefix and they will quote you happy!
The
Next Working Day Service
Next
day delivery is
not guaranteed to be available at all times. Eligibility for the
'next working day' service requires you to speak to one of our
wonderful customer service operatives before
12:00pm the day before
delivery to ensure your item is loaded on to the truck. The next day
delivery option is unavailable if your postcode prefix appears within
the carriage surcharge list (Congestion zone surcharge area £0.60
does qualify for next day). If the courier arrives and finds nobody
home, your goods will be left with the local Post Office or Sorting
Office.
Upgrade
your delivery
Why
not have your goods arrive on Saturday
For an
extra £12.00
you can even have your items on Saturday (between 8:00am
& 1.00pm)
This requires 24 hours advance notice to qualify for this service, 48
hours advance notice if your postcode prefix appears within the
carriage surcharge list
(Congestion zone surcharge area £0.60 is 24 hours advance
notice)
If you
are unsure about the exact shipping rate for your chosen delivery
address then please email or telephone us with your postcode. Our
items are bulky and heavy; please note that the delivery driver may
need a little assistance in getting it to your property; please don’t
be offended if they ask. Drivers are not insured to enter the
property with your item(s). All our items are for delivery only;
customer collection is not available at any time. We can not deliver
to PO Boxes.
Pricing & payment
We
always ensure you pay the lowest price, this includes delivery. It is
not policy to combine postage surcharges on our goodies, but if you
are courageously renovating your entire bathing haven we can offer a
10% discount on three or more items priced at £30.00 over each.
To benefit from discounts you'll need to contact us.
Speed up
the whole postage process by telephoning to pay by credit card, you
can arrange a convenient delivery day at the same time. VAT invoices
are emailed to you in PDF format the day your order is dispatched,
check your current email address is registered with eBay to ensure
this occurs.
Returns, damages & guarantees
Items
must be checked on receipt. Your item contains fragile components and
on rare occasions they can break in transit, if you believe it to be
broken (i.e. if you can hear it rattling inside the box), please do
not sign for it, the driver will return it to us and we will promptly
despatch a new one to you. We must be informed of any transport
damage (unsigned for) within 24hrs. We will not be held responsible
for broken or missing parts after this time.
All our items
are guaranteed for 12 months, defective items or faulty parts will be
replaced within this time. If your item is in-operable/defective
we'll replace it with no cost to you, by collecting it and
redelivering a new one on a mutually convenient day. A wealth of
components/spare parts for this product is on hand if you need
anything after the 12 month period.
We offer a 14 day no
quibble returns policy, which DOES NOT include décor, change
of circumstances or incompatibility issues, in these instances you
are welcome to return the item(s) for a refund but you will be liable
to pay a 20% restocking fee and the couriers returns costs, which are
charged at a minimum of £25.00, this is more expensive if the
collection address is located in one of the surcharge areas. Be aware
it may be cheaper for you to return the item yourself using your own
courier. We do recommend, if arranging your own return, you ensure
the item is adequately insured as we will not refund transit damaged
items. The goods must be received in the condition they were sent and
in the original packaging. A refund for the difference will then be
issued. Do not be offended if you are requested to send photographic
images before a collection/replacement is arranged, this merely
enables us to correctly identify the problem and any replacement
needed.
The nasty bits
We will not be held
responsible for any personal loss incurred during the installation of
our products, any modification to them will invalidate the warranty.
We do our utmost to ensure your items reach you on the date and time
agreed, we are not responsible for delays in delivery when events
occur beyond our control such as strikes, national/localised extreme
weather conditions or transportation malfunctions; bear this in mind
when if/when you take annual leave from work or arrange the services
of a professional fitter, which we only recommend you do after you
receive your goods as we strictly will not reimburse plumbers
invoices or your time. We do not guarantee that this or any of our
products will be congruous with your existing fixtures, fittings and
décor, if you are purchasing more than one item from us and
have compatibility questions don’t hesitate to call or email,
experienced people are on hand to help out. The ancillary items and
models used in the photographs to accentuate the products are not
included in the sale, but remember everything has a price!
