Payment: within three days please. I always pay immediately when I buy from ebay and I hope to receive the same courtesy from other ebayers.  Non paying bidders will find their item relisted and will be reported through EBAY's procedures.

Dispatch: I aim to post first class delivery immediately on receipt of cleared payment. If there is any delay then I will email the buyer

Postage: I always obtain proof of postage, and am happy to forward this to the buyer should they need to chase a parcel with Royal Mail. I do not accept responsibility for items lost or broken whilst in the Postal System.

Multiple purchases: Where appropriate, I am happy to revise the postage cost for multiple purchases. It is your responsibility to let me know if you are bidding on another item and you want to wait. I will assume you want items as quickly as possible unless advised otherwise.

Refunds: I will  only offer a refund if is very inaccurate. I will not refund if an item does not fit or if you change your mind. Please ask questions before bidding if you have any doubts or concerns.

Finally, if there should be a problem, please contact me as soon as possible - I‘m very nice!! I would never sell anything that I would not be happy to receive  but mistakes do happen and I would rather try to put things right than hear first through negative feedback.
