Work and principle of operation: The “Common-Rail” engines can be electronically tuned, whereas the quantity of injection can be slightly increased. The limit set for exhaust of soot cannot be reached in the proposed solution. Still in the production plant even at full load in the combustion chambers there is excess of air, which can be used for burn an additional dose of fuel: the revolving momentum and the power are increased until the excess of air is almost exhausted. Since the capacity qualities of the fuel pressure pumps are stipulated structurally, every increase in the quality of injection is inevitably related to extension of the time of exhaustion. As a simple solution for increasing the quantity, by means of external columns and tuning sockets the engine computer can be deluded in such a way by forging one or more sensor signals, that a larger quantity of injection can be regulated. The other processes (respectively fields with characteristics of the engine computer) are not modified so that all the operational values of the engine, such as pressure and overfilling and the start of injection remain at serial level.
As a consequence the partial exhaustion of the excess of air the values of the exhaust gases are worsened in principle, but still remain within the limits. In the Digital T-Box 2.0, unlike many other columns, the quality of injection is modified depending on the revolution. The revolving momentum and the power are modified within the existing still in the plant excess of air. PLEASE, THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL TERMS GOOD READING 1. General
Our offers are not mandatory. The transfer of rights and liabilities to the buyer under the purchase contract is done only upon written agreement from the seller. The data contained in prospects, price lists, catalogues, letters and other printed materials or in the documents attached to the offer, for example photographs, descriptions, technical data and service information are not binding. The right for technical changes is preserved. Possible modification must be accepted accordingly, as long as the customer does not object. 2. Order Confirmation We are bound upon written confirmation of the order. In case of possibility for immediate delivery confirmation of the request is not required. 3. Prices All prices shall be understood plus costs for packaging, transportation and dispatch and shall be calculated in accordance with our valid price lists. Preliminary cost calculations can be exceeded with up to 20%. 4. Delivery Terms The terms of delivery are observed if possible, but are not binding for us. The execution of submitted requests is done in case of timely and sufficient supplies from our sub-contractors. Partial deliveries and partial services are allowed. In this case every partial supply and partial service shall be considered individual supply and service. Four weeks after exceeding the non-binding delivery date or the non-binding delivery term the buyer can send a written request to the seller to make the delivery within an appropriate term. With this reminder the seller falls into default. In case of delay the buyer can stipulate to the seller an appropriate term in a written form, and notify that after expiration of the term he will refuse to accept the subject of the purchase. After unsuccessful expiry of the additional term the buyer has the right to waive the purchase contract with a written declaration. Dispatching – risk transfer The risk shall be transferred to the assignor the latest upon dispatch, also in case of partial supplies, or the supplier has agreed to provide other supplier for example dispatching or delivery and installation costs. The dispatching of the goods to another place, different from the production site, shall be done on the account and with risk to the buyer. 6. Payment terms The service shall be performed after advance payment is effected, unless agreed otherwise. 7. Preservation of the ownership right The goods shall remain property of the seller until execution of the terms in favor of the seller as stated in the purchase contract. 8. Warranties Claims must be submitted immediately, the latest 5 working days after the goods arrive at the destination, in a written and detailed form. Initially the buyer has the right for remedy of the defects and the damages on other parts of the subject of the purchase (repair). In case the defect cannot be remedied, or if the buyer cannot accept other attempts for repair, the buyer can request instead of repair amendment (canceling of the purchase contract) or decrease (compensation decrease). No claims can be filed for spare delivery. There is no liability for warranty if the defect is caused by the circumstance that the buyer has not notified about a defect and has not immediately provided the possibility for repair, or if the subject of the purchase has been treated incompetently or has been overloaded or if in the subject of the purchase have been installed elements, whose usage has not been permitted by the seller, or if the buyer has not observed the instructions for operation, maintenance and service of the subject of the purchase (for example operation manual). The warranty does not include natural wear and tear. 9. Return in case of warranty Return of deliveries in case of wrong delivery or during warranty are accepted only it the seller has been sent a notification before that including the number of the invoice and possibly a description of the defect. A copy of the invoice and possibly a description of the defect can be attached to the return delivery. Wrong deliveries are accepted only if they have undamaged, not written and not labeled original packaging, In case during the warranty period any goods are sent back to the seller wrongly or as defected or damaged, the seller shall charge 20 to 50 Euro for the verification, depending on the costs and the dispatch expenses. All the return deliveries shall be custom free, non-freed goods are not accepted. 10. Liability The liability of the legal representatives, officers and employees of the seller is excluded except for the cases of intentional and gross negligence. There is no liability for damages and claims of any type for the tuning! In case of change of the Tuningchips in the electronics of the engine no liability shall be taken for possible damages to the electronics. The risk for such shall be borne by the buyer. 11. Applicable Law For these commercial terms, as well as for the commercial terms between the seller and the buyer, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Other national laws, as well as the international purchase right shall be excluded. 12. Place of execution, court proceedings The place of execution is the location of the seller’s headquarters. For all current and future claims in the commercial relations with traders, including requests for bills and checks, the exclusive arbitration shall be in the location of the seller’s headquarters. The arbitration shall be valid in case the buyer has no general arbitration in the country or in case after the contract execution his permanent address or at the moment of submitting his claim his usual location is not known. 13. Data protection The buyer agrees that his personal data, given to the buyer in the course of their commercial relationships can be recorded and processed electronically. The attitude towards the data shall be strictly confidential. 14. Indirect Distribution Law In case the customer has ordered with catalogue, by post, e-mail or on the telephone, he has the right to return the goods within 14 days and in this case he will get a return of the purchase price. Only the return of new, unused and assembled products in their original packaging is accepted. In case the customer has damaged the goods due to negligence or intentionally, he shall recover the costs. Non-freed deliveries cannot be accepted by exception due to organizational reasons, respectively the mail is instructed to return them to the original sender’s address. The right of return does not include among other things products, produced or assembled at the buyer’s request, as well as software that has been proven unpackaged. This rule does not apply to purchased goods that have been used. Also to any other goods, re-sold after being used (second hand). 15. Sale through tender The FernAbsG shall be applied to the goods only if they were sold as new. Upon termination of the contract the costs for the termination and possibly the charges for advertising shall be written in the invoice, respectively deducted from the recovered costs. Goods that have been used cannot be accepted when returned. In case specific equipment, respectively customized production is agreed, the return automatically falls off in accordance with FernAbsG.
