I check and make sure the item is in good condition before I post it out.  In case you are not happy about your purchase for any reason, please report to me upon receipt of item either by email or by phone (details can be found on the invoice enclosed with the item). 

Return could be dealt with exchange first and the returned item should be in its original package and condition within 7 days of receipt.  When return please also give information on user id, date of purchase and date and way of payment. You should bear the cost of posting the item back.  If exchange for an item, I will bear the cost of posting it back to you.  If exchange is not possible, I will arrange a refund using the same way you pay (but for postal order, i will send you a cheque).  I only refund the item amount only as postage (in ebay means posting and packaging) already used.
