Terms of Sale, Policies, Procedures, All That Jazz…
(Attention bidders and buyers! In placing a bid or choosing “Buy
It Now,” you agree to these policies and procedures whether you’ve
actually read them or not; so I urge you to take a moment to peruse them
now.)
OK, my little darklings, here’s the low-down on how things work in
my store…
* If you have fewer than 20 feedback ratings, you must E-MAIL ME before you
bid or buy. This is not to inconvenience you, I promise! I like to
communicate with new ebayers as a measure of protection for my business and
a means of answering any questions you may have. I've encountered some challenges with inexperienced buyers; but I find
establishing communication in advance helps prevent issues during the sale. As a buyer, you want
to improve your feedback rating, and I want to assist you with that. So
please humor me on this one. E-mail me first; get the ol’ thumbs up; and
then buy to your heart’s content.
* This should go without saying, but … er … here goes: PLEASE DO NOT
BID OR BUY IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION! There are
few things worse than a deadbeat buyer or bidder. Seriously. Please
don’t do it. (If sound moral principles don’t generally guide you, think
of the Threefold Law, or Karma, or the Golden Rule, or whatever it is
that’ll help you make smart decisions!) :)

Payment
* When you purchase an item, you are agreeing to pay the final sale
or auction price as well as all applicable shipping and handling fees.
I accept PAYPAL ONLY. Yes, I used to accept cashier's checks and money orders, but I had
too many problems with buyers pulling the old "check's in the mail" ploy. Sorry about that. On the positive side,
PayPal accounts are free to all buyers, and they are extremely secure and easy to use! If you have questions or need assistance,
simply visit the PayPal website at www.paypal.com.
* Payment is expected WITHIN 72 HOURS of the final sale! If you
are still shopping or bidding and need more time, please E-MAIL ME, and
we’ll come to an agreement regarding a reasonable time frame for
payment. Please do not purchase items if you are not prepared to pay! If payment is not tendered within 72 hours and you have not contacted
me to make other arrangements, I reserve the right to re-list or otherwise sell your items.

Shipping
* Domestic shipping is through United States Postal Service, Priority Mail,
and every package includes Delivery Confirmation. A handy-dandy calculator is included in each listing
to show you how much shipping will be to your specific ZIP code. If you require an alternate mode of
shipping for some reason, e-mail me to discuss alternatives. International shipping is available!

* Yes, I absolutely will combine shipping on multiple items! If you
have purchased or won more than one item, please request a total
invoice with your shipping discount.
* I only ship to confirmed addresses, and this is for very good
reason. PayPal works differently for sellers and buyers, and a
non-confirmed address represents a real risk. If I mail to a non-confirmed address,
I relinquish my safeguard under PayPal’s Seller Protection Guidelines.
Therefore, I reserve the right to deny sales to buyers with
non-confirmed PayPal addresses.
* I ship packages twice a week: on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Your
purchase will be mailed on the first shipping day following your complete
payment.
* Shipping insurance is available for all purchases. It is MANDATORY on purchases of $75 or more. I am not responsible
if an item is lost, damaged or stolen in transit! Shipping insurance is also mandatory on any
fragile items. Insurance does cost extra, but the fees are nominal, and it’s a small price to pay for peace of mind!

Customer Satisfaction
* I strive to provide very complete, detailed descriptions and
photographs with each listing so you can be very clear on what you are
purchasing. PLEASE READ THE LISTING CAREFULLY. If you have questions about
the details of an item, please e-mail me for specifics. I want you to be
satisfied with your purchase, so please don’t bid or buy if you have
any reservations.
* Sizes can be tricky. Whenever possible, I will provide a size
chart from the clothing manufacturer as well as measurements made by hand.
If you’re still unsure about which size to purchase, contact me with
your measurements, and I’ll be happy to help! I am not responsible for
the purchase of a wrong size!
* I know this next one seems kind of harsh, but I CANNOT accept
merchandise returns except in the rare instance that an item was somehow
misrepresented or is truly defective. This shouldn’t happen, however,
because I make every effort to provide a detailed, accurate description (see
above); and I carefully examine all inventory before listing. If you do
encounter a problem, please contact me as soon as possible--I’m sure we
can come to a happy resolution. I AIM TO PLEASE, SO GIVE ME A CHANCE
TO KEEP YOU AS A SATISFIED CUSTOMER!
* Finally, thank you so much for visiting my store and taking the
