Delivery Policies

This store delivers to the UK and Channel Islands only.

'All The Right Movies' operates as a mail order business. Local collections are not available.

We process and manage a large volume of orders on a daily basis from multiple venues. Our aim is to complete all orders within 5 working days from receipt of cleared payment, (not including weekends and bank holidays), and a dispatch email will be sent to you once your parcel is on its way.

If we are awaiting our next batch of replenishment stock on a particular title we will keep you informed via an order update email if there is a longer than anticipated timeframe for completion of your order.

In accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations buyers need to allow up to 28 days for the order to be completed.

Parcels that are lost in transit will be replaced at no extra cost, however there is a non receipt procedure to be followed and please note that, (as per Royal Mail policy), parcels are not classed as lost until 15 working days from the posting date has passed.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. Claims for lost mail will not be accepted if it transpires that the delivery address given was not correct.

The sooner we receive payment, the sooner we can begin to process your order, therefore we would be grateful if buyers submit their PayPal payment promptly after purchase.

If payment is not received after 7 days the item will be re-listed and non payment procedures will be started.

Please note.....If the delivery address given is unconfirmed wiith PayPal, or a different name and address to that registered with Ebay, then we reserve the right to refuse and return the payment. This is at our descretion and done in the interest of online security.
