ALL shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands will be shipped USPS Mail ONLY!
All APO/Military & Guam addresses will be charged an additional $2.50 shipping due to the Postal requirement for customs forms.

Return Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed. You must contact us within SAME of delivery if you would like to make a return because of any misrepresentation of the product in your order. We must receive the item back within 7 days after contacting us. You will receive a refund of the purchase price only. The refund does not include any shipping and handling charges. You will also be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense. We will only accept the item back in the original, new condition it was sent in.
Please be sure item is packed well so it does not get damaged in shipping. We will issue an RM # and this, along with your full name, email address & item number will be required for the return. You will also be required to put a tracking number on your return and email us this number when shipped.
Any package returned without an RM or tracking # will not be accepted.

Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged/broken item you will need to contact us within 2 days of receipt. If your item was uninsured we will be unable to help you. If your item was insured you will be 100 % responsible for any damage or loss problems.
