Ship within the Uk only using next day courier for smaller items and next day pallet delivery for larger items. However some areas of Scotland and Ireland will take 2 days, we will notify you.
Both need a signature on delivery, this prevents items going missing and lets us know you have received your item. All goods are sent fully insured, please do not sign for visible damaged goods as this will unvalidate our insurance claim. |

Refund is always offered should you not be happy with your purchase.
(1) If you receive your item and it is not as described or is damaged in transit we will offer a full refund including return carriage costs. If pallet delivery we will send our pallet company to collect the item. If courier we will ask you to return via Royal Mail.
(2) If you purchase an item then decide you simply changed your mind you can still return for a refund but you will be responsible for the return carriage costs. |
