CHILDRENS PLAYGROUND Watercolour DURRANT c1957

Charming watercolour sketch of children in a playground by George Durrant circa 1957. This is from a group of sketches and album items by George Durrant which I acquired recently. I do not know anything about this artist but he was a good draughtsman who created vigorous images of pretty views. Durrant’s figurative & location views are interesting documentary items of the period. Please view my eBay shop for more examples.

It measures approx 7 x 5 inches.

Marks: Unsigned.

Condition: Good. Unframed.
