To complete the transfer to your vehicle we will require from the winning bidder the following documents:

1. Original V5C Registration document
2. Original Mot Certificate (only applicable if vehicle is over 3 years old)
3. Photocopy of current road tax disc
4. Cheque payable to DVLA for Transfer Fee which is £105.00 (this is  zero rated)

We will arrange the transfer of the registration number to your vehicle through the DVLA local office which normally takes approximately 14 days.
Alternatively the number plate can be supplied to you on Retention Certificate. As this number is already held on a retention certificate the expiry date may be less than 12 months. Please contact us for the expiry date. (If you need to extend the retention this can be done for a small fee,  1 month before the expiry date )

If you are the winning bidder, we will require you to make contact straightaway via telephone to arrange a part payment, balance to be paid within 10 days.
