Where there are any issues that we feel may be considered more than minor, they are listed in the listing. The warranty excludes the laptop battery as this is a consumable item. Batteries will only be replaced if they hold no charge at all.
Unused and unopened Goods that do not meet the Buyer's requirement on delivery may be returned at the buyers expense to the Seller for a credit, excluding carriage charge, within 7 days of delivery. Prior authorisation for return must be obtained before returning goods or they will be refused.
The Buyer shall report any damage to the Goods during transit to the Supplier within 2 days of delivery.
