About Us

Background
Having been interested in recycling for some time, we established our business in April 2005.

Initially, we worked from home (the idea was to combine working with looking after our two autistic offspring) but things soon snowballed and we moved the business to a unit in New Malden.

We have now outgrown New Malden and are moving to a couple of units in Molesey.

What we Offer

IT Clearance*
If you've had an upgrade and need to get rid of your old IT equipment, contact us and we will take it away for recycling free of charge. Nothing is wasted and nothing goes to landfill. Ever.

We are approved by the Environment Agency to handle WEEE disposal.

Cheap PC Towers
We have plenty of refurbished towers, working and ready to go, listed on eBay. However, if you're after something a bit special, don't be afraid to get in touch.

Packing & Postage

For most of the UK, p&p is free. We have been using TNT, but are now trialling other services due to TNT's continual price increases. We will always despatch within 1 business day (unless you request otherwise) and you should get your item the day after despatch.

Return Policy
All items are working when despatched.Should you have a problem, please let us know asap. We can give advice over the 'phone or by email.

If your item is Dead on Arrival and/or damaged in transit, let us know. We will arrange for the item to be collected at no cost to you. When the item has returned to us, we will process a refund.

Should you have a problem later on, let us know. We can send out spares or get your item collected for repair. If you're local, we can come out to you.

We are not out to rob people. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will go the extra mile to make sure you are!

We do not usually supply power leads but if
you need one, just ask. We also have plenty of keyboards, mice and CRT monitors. Let us know what you need and we can add it FREE (although we do have to add an extra postage charge for CRT monitors.)
