In the specification tables of the machines we have included a 'rating' intended to guide you as to the suitability of each machine for your needs. 

Ratings guide;

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of distribution and administration. We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us on 0121 525 0222 and we'll be happy to help. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible usually within 2 working days, Please allow extra time, usually 5 working days, if you are paying by cheque. If on the rare occasion that we are awaiting on stock we ensure the customer is notified within 24 hours with expected delivery date and will either refund money paid or deliver on the supplied given date.

If goods are found to be damaged on delivery we must be advised of this upon receipt of the item, this covers us and yourself against any claim from the courier. All Charnwood goods are covered by a 24 month warranty and genuine faulty goods will be replaced or repaired within the period of this warranty. Please keep receipt of your goods as this acts as a warranty aswell as a VAT receipt.
