UK Local Tax
Movie Autographs Worldwide is an organization located in the United Kingdom. By UK law Movie Autographs Worldwide is bound to charge UK VAT = "Local Taxes" (if applicable) on all goods sold at Point of Sale respective of goods destination. VAT is levied at 17.5% for goods shipped to a location within the EU, VAT is levied at 0% for goods shipped to a location outside the EU. VAT is specifically levied at 0% for shipments to trade customers (with a verified EU VAT registration number) that are shipped to a location within the EU. 


Customs Duties
These are separate from “Local Taxes” as described. Movie Autographs Worldwide does not make charges for these. 
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the United Kingdom, whose law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this web site and Movie Autographs Worldwide

Payment
Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Movie Autographs Worldwide has received payment in full for that product. 
Credit and Debit cards are debited before items are shipped by Movie Autographs Worldwide. All prices include UK local sales taxe (where applicable) and shipping costs. 
A contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Movie Autographs Worldwide only at the point when Movie Autographs Worldwide obtains receipt of payment in full for all the goods you have ordered.

Delivery
Movie Autographs aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order.
