  This watercolour is by the listed historical genre artist Charles Cattermole. 

 

 

 

It measures 17.5 by 5 inches (45 by 14.5cm) and is set inside a larger mount and gilt frame. (Total 24 by 12.5 inches / 61 by 31 cm) It is in a superb, ready to hang, condition and is signed.
