All the items sold by Cats Protection Hillingdon are donated to us by well-wishers. We have checked them for damage and described them accurately to the best our ability. Please feel free to ask any question. All funds raised, after ebay, paypal and postage charges, goes directly to help the cats and kittens in our care as we are all unpaid volunteers.

Sterling cheques made payable to Cats Protection Hillingdon, Sterling Postal Orders and Direct Bank Transfers. We also accept Paypal with reluctance as we will incur a charge if you choose to pay by this method.

Returns

If the item is wrongly described, we will refund you including return postage, on receipt of the item. If it arrives damaged we will refund you and claim from Royal Mail. If the item doesn't arrive pleae let us know and we will claim on your behalf from Royal Mail.
