Warranty
 All our products have full one year warranty. Buyers can contact us to send the defective back for exchange with warranty period.
 
 We only warranty for defective products. Physical damage or misuse of the products is not exchangeable or refundable.
 
 Buyers send the defective products back for exchange or refund at their own cost. We will be responsible for the shipping to resend replacement.

Return/Refund
 
We do not allow returns without first requesting an RMA (Returned merchandise authorization).
The returned package should be repacked with everything received from us including invoice, user manual etc.
 Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.
 Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
In all cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund, and postage cost is no refundable.
Refund is not allowed if you purchased the wrong item, replacement are the only option.
