Damage:

Buyer takes no longer than 3 days for items returned with transit damage or production faults. 

If an item needs to be returned because it is damaged then we will require a picture of the damage before a refund or replacement can be discussed. Please send any pictures of damaged goods via email.

Manufacturers fault

Buyer takes no longer than 14 days, for items which have failed during normal use, due to a manufacturers fault.
