This offer is for a Gloworm betacom 30 combi boiler supplied and fitted. We will remove and dispose of you existing boiler. Connect up your new boiler to existing supplies already in place. All our engineers are fully Corgi registered. On completion you will be issued with a Corgi installation certificate. This will be then notified to your Local Authority Building Control by Corgi. This certificate is essential if you intend to sell your property in the near future. You will be required to have the boiler inspected and a certificate issued at a great deal of extra cost and time. Building Control now charge up to £350.00 pounds for an inspection of your gas boiler. It is against the law to install a boiler unless you are a registered competent person such as a Corgi installer.

Our engineers will contact you to book a convenient appointment date and time to install the new combi boiler system. The installation normally takes approximately 1 day to completion. This includes any making good required when removing your old boiler. The price stated is for a standard boiler exchange and does not include any additional work required should the existing pipework not meet British Standard requirements. As an example, this might possibly be the existing gas pipe being run in a 15mm copper as opposed to now being required to run in a 22mm copper pipe direct from the gas supply ( Gas meter ). Important information

The price is for a standard conventional boiler to combi system swap over ,which covers a basic exchange of your existing boiler for a new combi gloworm betacom 30.  The boiler will be installed in the old boiler siting.This offer also includes removal of your hot  water cylinder and all making good necessary to run the hot water supply direct from your boiler to your taps. Instant hot water on demand. Saving you £££££,s in heating bills. We will also disconnect your cold  water supply from the  water tank in your loft and run new pipe work so that all your cold supply is on mains water pressure .   Should you require the boiler to be moved to a new siting, please contact our engineer for a free quote, or inspection. As set out in the above any additional pipework will be deemed as an extra and will be chargeable. No additional works will be carried out without the prior consent of the client. Please check with our site manager before ordering the boiler to find out if the boiler size is correct for your property. A larger boiler might be necessary depending on the size of the property. All making good open the removal of the boiler will be down to the engineers. If the boiler is to be sited above a first floor height , again, please contact our site manager to see if the installation is possible.

WHEN INSTALLING A NEW BOILER ALL MANUFACTURERS REQUIRE A HEATING SYSTEM BE CHEMICALLY POWER FLUSHED BEFORE A NEW BOILER IS COMMISSIONED. IF THE SYSTEM IS NOT CLEANSED BEFORE AN INSTALLATION . THIS COULD LEAVE YOUR BOILER GAURANTEE INVALID. AND THAT WHEN FITTING A NEW BOILER TO AN OLD SYSTEM THOU THE BOILER IS NEW THE SYSTEM IS NOT. ALL THE SLUDGE AND MUCK IN YOUR OLD SYSTEM WILL BE TRANSFERRED INTO YOUR NEW BOILER. THIS WOULD MEAN YOUR SYSTEM WOULD NOT BE WORKING AT FULL CAPACITY AND WASTING ££££,S IN HEATING BILLS.
