"Testers" are issued by suppliers to department stores so that customers are able to try a perfume before buying. You probably have encountered this when walking through a store, and a staff member approaches you to give you a free "spray". The tester perfume is identical to the that which is sold in retail and usually comes in the same bottle. However instead of coming in a fancy box they are often housed a in plain one, with a sticker saying tester on them and sometimes with out the fancy push-on top. So that you can see what it is you are buying I always remove the tester form the box for photographs, unless it came sealed in cellophane that is. You can be assured this is the real deal.
